Does your child feel overwhelmed regularly? Do they struggle with overstimulation, or big feelings? This workshop provides a foundation of tools that you and your child can use to practice mindfulness. Guiding you through a meditation to manifest your safe place. A treehouse where you can visit when you or your child need a mental break. After completing the imaginative play meditation, you will all have the chance to bring your treehouse to life with an art exercise. Cost is per child, and parents are free. Additional children's tickets can be purchased for $15 (50% discount). All supplies will be provided.
