Service Description

Each session supports you in feeling more grounded, balanced and resilient - so you can move through life with greater ease, clarity and confidence. A variety of techniques are used but sessions may include: breathwork, body based practices, and sound. These sessions allow you to go deeper into your body, processing trauma and gaining deep felt wisdom in the body.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please give at least 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice will result in a $25 cancelation fee.
