Meet Your Practitioner

My name is Beka Talbot. I have spent the last year studying with the Integrative Somatic Studies Institute Inc. Right now, I am currently working on completing

my practicum hours for my training in Integrated Somatic Therapy Practice TM. My goal is to help others make lasting and life changing connections to their body by creating a safe space to connect. 

Somatic therapy allows you to connect to your body and heal. When we are connected, we find balance in our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Benefits of somatic therapy can include:
